Asteris Huliaras is a Professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at the University of the Peloponnse where he holds a Jean Monnet Chair on EU Relations with Less Developed Countries. He currently directs “AfriquEurope”, a project supported by the European Commission (Jean Monnet Debate) with the participation of 34 universities and think tanks from Europe and Africa.
